The Dhaulagiri Circuit Trek with French Pass is an offbeat challenging trek that covers the remotest region of the Himalayas will take you closer to some of the highest mountains of Nepal. This trek encircles the famous Mount Dhaulagiri (8167 meters) and comes across the challenging steep slopes, high glaciated valleys, and untouched hills. Trekking through the French Pass (5,360 m), trekkers are blessed with vistas of Dhaulagiri, Tukuche Peak and the Hidden Valley, why not! Truly, the French Pass (5,360 meters) provides an incredible view of Dhaulagiri, Tukuche Peak, and Hidden Valley.
This relatively less explored trek presents a fantastic feel of the real wild-world and in terms of geographic terrains, one starts with subtropical forests near the sea and then traverses through terrains used for cultivation before going through mountain terrains, desolate frozen zones most of which are covered in snow. During the journey, you traverse through typical Magar and Gurung villages where you get a feeling of their mountain cultural practices. The Dhaulagiri Circuit Trek with French Pass is ideal for those who seek a strenuous and thrilling adventure along with snow capped mountains and discovering one of the most isolated zones of the Great Himalayas.
