Trip customization, what does it mean?

Select the destination, choose places you want to visit, travel at your own pace, do things/activities you like (in your own way), choose your accommodations and meals, choose personal transportation or travel with other local and international travelers, enhance itinerary till it is shaped to your definition of perfection, or have it designed from the scratch; it’s your trip, make it fit your specifications and budget.  

Customized trips by Desire Adventures are discrete travel plans intended and organized just for you. We will prioritize your specification, take expert advice from our knowledgeable and experienced staffs and consider the availabilities and possibilities, before finalizing your custom trip that not just looks great on paper, but also fun on site. You can always customize you trip by;

• Adding or removing days:  You always have option to add more days to your trip to enjoy a relaxed vacation, or shorten the number of days to complete the trip in the shortest possible time.


• Upgrading or downgrading accommodation: All our standard packages guarantee accommodation in one of the best available tourist-standard hotels/lodges/guest houses/teahouses, during any trip in Nepal. However, if you are a luxury traveler, you can also ask us to upgrade your accommodation. Similarly, budget travelers can request to downgrade the accommodation. For all kinds of travelers (Luxury, standard, budget), the accommodation rates are based on double occupancy. However, you can request for single room by paying additional cost.


• Extending trip: You always have an option to add a few extra days to the standard trip package and try out some other short trips, tours, or even adventure activities.


• Requesting private departure: Design a holiday just for your group. Your trip can be any dates, any place and in any style that you want to travel. The itinerary will be designed around your preferred theme and particular interest, allowing you to plan activities which suit the group members’ needs.


• Upgrade or downgrade service or a part of service: If any of the services (like accommodation, transportation, guide etc.) mentioned in the standard package do not meet your level of standard (too high or too low), you can always request to upgrade or downgrade the level of service or just a part of the service.


• Adding or removing any part of the service: No one knows better than the customer themselves what they need. Therefore, if you think any part of the service is missing in the given standard package, you can request to add that service. Likewise, if you feel the need to remove any part of the service, you can request for the same. The package will be customized to meet your request
